Emeldron S.L. is an EU company. Where your project needs it, we deploy to EU regions, provide a data processing agreement on request, and name every sub-processor. Hosting follows your requirements: EU, US, or wherever your users are.
The Blueprint Sprint is paid upfront. Builds are split into a deposit and milestone payments, by invoice with proper EU VAT handling. Card payment is available, and bank transfer on invoice works as usual.
If your spec is precise enough to bind a price to, yes, we quote it directly. In most cases a shortened Blueprint still pays for itself, and it is credited toward the build either way.
