When another package fits better
If you need a product that your users sign up for, the MVP Build starts from €12,900 and takes 4 to 6 weeks.
If you want several processes automated one after another, the Product Partner plan costs €4,900 per month for one active workstream. A larger AI platform is a Custom Product Build, from €29,000.

What the Automation Build does not include
The fixed price covers one process, built and handed over. These cost extra or belong to another package:
A second process
Each Automation Build covers one process. For another one, book a second Automation Build, or the Product Partner plan at €4,900 per month for ongoing work.
Scope changes
If you change the scope after we have agreed it, we quote the change before we do it, and you decide.
Work after handover
The 30-day warranty covers bugs. New features and changes run through the Product Partner plan, which you can pause or cancel monthly.
Running costs
Hosting and paid services such as an AI model run on your accounts, and their providers bill you directly.

How AI automation works, step by step
Most automations start without a Blueprint Sprint.
Describe the process
Tell us which process you want automated. An engineer who would build it replies within 24 hours on business days.
Agree the scope
Automations are small, well-defined jobs, so we usually scope them directly, and the price stays at €6,900. If the process is not yet clear, a one-week Blueprint Sprint for €1,900 fixes the scope first and is credited in full toward the build.
Build in about two weeks
You see a working version every week and can steer the build while it takes shape.
Deploy and hand over
We deploy to your infrastructure, with EU hosting available, and hand over the code with documentation. The 30-day bug-fix warranty starts at launch.
If you start with a Blueprint Sprint and it is not worth what you paid, you get a full refund and keep all deliverables.
Guarantees and ownership
The guarantees on all our packages apply to the Automation Build. The money-back guarantee applies when you start with a Blueprint Sprint.

Fixed price, fixed date
Scope is locked in the Blueprint, so the price and launch date are binding. Overruns caused on our side are on us.

You own the repositories and the infrastructure from day one, and everything is documented for handover. You are never locked in, and any competent team could take over.
Data protection and hosting
Automations and AI agents often handle customer or employee data. This is how we treat it.
Emeldron S.L. is an EU company based in Valencia, Spain, and works GDPR-first. Where your project needs it, we deploy to EU regions, provide a data processing agreement on request and name every sub-processor, including the provider of any AI model an agent uses.
Hosting follows your requirements: EU, US or wherever your users are. The automation runs on your infrastructure and your accounts, so you keep control of the data it handles.
