What does custom software or an MVP cost?
An MVP costs from €12,900 at Emeldron, and you get one binding price before the build starts. All our prices are published fixed prices, net of VAT: the Blueprint Sprint costs €1,900 and turns your idea into a binding quote, an Automation Build costs €6,900, a Custom Product Build starts from €29,000, and ongoing development as a Product Partner costs €4,900 per month.
Custom software development cost depends on scope, not on hours. Below you see what moves the price, what each MVP module costs, why a fixed price moves the overrun risk away from you, and what is included.
All prices net of VAT.
Published prices for custom software
These are the packages on our pricing page. Where a price says "from", the Blueprint Sprint locks your scope and turns it into one binding fixed price.
| Package | Price | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Blueprint Sprint | €1,900 | 1 week |
| Automation Build | €6,900 | ~2 weeks |
| MVP Build | from €12,900 | 4-6 weeks |
| Product Partner | €4,900/month | ongoing |
| Custom Product Build | from €29,000 | 8-12+ weeks |
What drives the cost of an MVP
Software costs what it takes to design, build, test and ship it. The price follows the scope: how many features you need, how many types of users there are, which systems the software connects to, and on which platforms it runs. The MVP base covers what most first versions need, for €12,900:
Included in the MVP base
- Responsive web app
- Email/password auth
- Up to 5 core features
- Basic admin (user list)
- 1 integration
- 2 revision rounds
- 30-day warranty
Fixed-price modules
Everything beyond the base is a module with a published price. You see the cost of each one before you talk to us.
| Module | Price | When you need it |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe payments (one-time or subscriptions) | +€2,900 | You charge your users, with one-time payments or subscriptions. |
| Full admin panel (roles, moderation) | +€3,500 | Your product has more than one type of user, and you need roles and moderation. |
| SSO / social login | +€1,500 | Your users sign in with their company account or a social login. |
| Native mobile app (iOS + Android) | +€9,900 | Your users need an app from the App Store and Google Play, in addition to the web app. |
| One additional core feature | +€2,000 | Your first version needs more than the five core features in the base. The price applies per feature. |
Example: an MVP with Stripe payments and a full admin panel costs €12,900 + €2,900 + €3,500 = €19,300. The configurator on our pricing page calculates any combination.

Integrations, compliance and larger products
The base includes one integration. Further integrations with your existing systems, and specific compliance needs such as data location or a data processing agreement, are scoped in the Blueprint Sprint, so the binding price already covers them. Emeldron S.L. is an EU company and deploys to EU regions where your project needs it.
When the product is bigger than a first version, for example a B2B SaaS, a marketplace or an AI platform, the Custom Product Build starts from €29,000 and takes 8 to 12 weeks or more. If you need one painful process automated instead of a product, the Automation Build costs €6,900 and takes about two weeks.

Fixed price or hourly billing: who carries the overrun risk?
Many agencies bill by the hour or by the day. The quote is an estimate, and the invoice follows the hours actually worked. If the work takes longer than estimated, you pay for the extra time, so the overrun risk is yours.
With a fixed price, the price is agreed before the build starts. At Emeldron the scope is locked in the Blueprint Sprint, so the price and the launch date are binding. If a delay is caused on our side, you do not pay for the extra time.
A fixed price does not freeze your idea. If you change the scope, we quote the change transparently before we do it, and you decide.
| Question | Hourly billing | Fixed price at Emeldron |
|---|---|---|
| When do you know the total? | When the last invoice arrives | Before the build starts |
| Who pays when it takes longer? | You pay for every extra hour | We do, if the delay is caused on our side |
| What happens when the scope changes? | More hours on the invoice | A transparent quote before we do it |
What is included in the price
Our builds come with these commitments:
- Ownership: work happens in your repositories and accounts, and full ownership is yours no later than final payment.
- Deployment to your infrastructure, with EU hosting available.
- Weekly sprints with working increments you can try.
- Documentation and a handover, so any competent team could take over.
- A 30-day bug-fix warranty after launch.
- Direct contact with the engineers who write the code, with no project managers in between.
How the Blueprint Sprint turns a range into a binding price
A price that starts with "from" is a range until the scope is clear. The Blueprint Sprint makes it clear in one week, for €1,900:
Discovery workshop
We work through your goals, your users and your constraints together.
Technical architecture
We define how the software is built, which stack fits your case and where it runs.
Prototype or specification
You get a clickable prototype or a specification, plus a prioritized roadmap for the first version.
Binding fixed-price quote
You receive one binding price and a launch date for the build.
The €1,900 is fully credited toward your build. If the Blueprint Sprint is not worth what you paid, you get a full refund and keep all deliverables. If you already have a spec that is precise enough to bind a price to, we quote it directly.
